A mound forming maple best suited in a border or container showing off its finely cut green leaves producing a feathery look. The Autumn brings the surprise with the traditional "American Fall" colour of with reds and golds flowing through the tree. Prefers a sheltered partially shaded spot where it will reach up to 1.5M with its mound demanding a 2M spread. A typical Japanese garden maple but can be the focal point of any border drawing you in.
