Home grown water melon, give it try. Will be more succesful under glass or poly. Can be grown outside need a warm sheltered spot. Keep compost moist and well fed. Dont get to greedy with fruits, 2-3 per plant will allow for the fruit to ripen. Yields fruits 2-3 KG with fine, crispy flesh and sweet flavour.
